Work Experience

Heep Yunn School

Through the Work Experience Programme, I understand that the key to success is not only the knowledge acquired, but also the attitude and the way to communicate. On the first day, the activity provides more understanding about the procedures of negotiating with a hotel before the arrival of group tours. It also provides more understanding about visa application. Besides, I got on-the-job training of following an inbound tour. I am thankful for joining this programme which enables to gain valuable experience of working and communicating with different people.
