參加這活動後，我學會主動提出意見或者問題，例如在活動中，我發現有同事的文件打錯了，我主動提出，得到同事的感謝和讚賞。另外，透過今次活動我還認識到來自不同學校的學生，收獲了珍貴的友情。

在這五日不太長亦不太短的工作體驗中，我都有不少體會和啟發。 這亦是我第一次了解機場部門香港機場地勤服務有限公司(HAS)的運作，我被分配到(商務部) (business development department)，其主要職能是負責宣傳地勤服務的工作。那裏的同事十分熱情，先為我介紹他們的部門讓我了解到HAS的職能，之後學習到計算飛機的平衡和重量(load control) ，並且學習一些數據處理等等。對我來就，這方面的知識是很新奇，亦是從課本上學習不到的。同時，使我明白到一次看似簡單的航行背後卻是不同部門的努力。 在此經歷中，我從經理工作態度使我得到啟發，他也給了我一點建議。他使我明白到要自己主動去學習新的事物，當真的不知道還能做什麼工作的時候，學生要主動去詢問同事還有什麼事情需要幫忙，並非坐着等待工作安排，學習新事物的機會是要自己爭取的。

經歷了5天的職場生活, 我學到不少學校以外的知識, 還認識了機場的地勤工作，例如航機載重平衡, 旅客服務, 行李處理, 貨物及郵件運送等等。我亦學會了尊重地勤工作人士。我跟同事們一起工作時, 較我想像中有趣。 當我對工作不懂時, 他們都會很細心教導我, 我亦會在休息時間交談, 這不但培養自己的溝通能力, 而且增進了同事之間的良好關係。 這個經歷真是十分難忘並很值得。

During the Work Experience Programme, HAS colleagues taught me a lot of thing, such as how to check the customer contract summary against the system setting, check the credit note against supporting items including price, quantity, property, and approval,.. etc. I found that they have effectively communicated with internal departments, other companies and customers. This activity motivated me to improve my English, as I realized that I cannot understand the English content of the email but my partner can. I am honored to join this work experience programme , it let me know that how weak I am in English when compared with the other students. I wish to participate in the work experience programme of accounting industry next time.

浸信會呂明才中學林懿澄

Thanks to this programme, I was able to work in the financial department of Hong Kong Airport Service Limited in the previous week. I assisted my colleagues to check the data against different types of documents such as customer contract summary and credit notes. I learnt that it is very important to ensure that the details of the documents are correct since the consequences may be serious for the company if the documents are typed wrongly. Also, I learnt that the invoices with a larger amount should get the authorization from the senior management staffs, such as the CEO and CFO. I met some nice colleagues during work, they were willing to help me to solve the difficulties I encountered. The programme provided me with the learning opportunity to know more about the operation of financial department of the big company, and facilitated me to identify my interested courses in the university. I believe that this experience would benefit me a lot in the future as well.

經歷了五天的職場生活，比我想像中有趣，同時亦學到了很多在學校學不到的知識。在這裏，我真切感受到大家同事之間的熱心和真誠。當我有不懂的地方，無論我問同事多少次，他們都會耐心地回答我、教我，我感受到他們是真的想令我學到東西，這是十分難得的。一連五天，我每天在人事部學到的各有不同，例如我了解到公司如何處理工傷事宜及工資、假期的計算等，讓我受益匪淺。我衷心感激這個計畫，讓我第一次的職場生活，變得豐富多彩。
