District Development Networks

The Education Bureau set up the District Development Networks (DDNs) in 18 districts with a view to pooling the efforts of various stakeholders (including school head associations, federations of parent-teacher associations and BSPP partners), and optimising the use of district resources to enhance teachers’ professional development on district basis and organise career exploration activities on specific themes. To help students increase their exposure to more industries, the themes of career exploration in DDNs are swapped annually.
