This three-day programme was an unforgettable and mind-blowing experience. While the Human Resources team has few members, they are all very efficient and conscientious. The responsibilities of the HR team were in fact very diversified: making requests to alter the uniforms of the trainees for better appearances, preparing newsletters which introduces a new theme every week, and reminding hosts of important matters to note (such as inspiring quotes by Mr. Marriott, internal events and activities) on that particular day. Not only does the team have a friendly and harmonious bond, they are also eager to spend their private time on team-building activities, such as playing games and having dinner together from time to time. While service simply implies working for superiors, hospitality is about the love of strangers. Here at Marriott, there is feeling like people genuinely enjoy making personal connections with both their colleagues and guests and making the experience enjoyable. Appreciate having opportunity and privilege to work with such a wonderful team.
