Hong Kong Construction Association Young Members Society

Established in 2010, Hong Kong Construction Association Young Members Society (HKCA YMS) has been dedicated to nurturing young people to become future leaders of the construction industry. Currently, HKCA YMS have over 14,000 members who studied construction related courses from 8 higher educational institutions.

Since 2016, HKCA YMS has worked with the Construction Industry Council and Hong Kong Repertory Theatre to promote the construction industry in secondary schools through theatre performance. HKCA YMS is very pleased to be a partner of the“Business-School Partnership Programme” of the Education Bureau. Through various activities such as career talks, careers expos, workshops and workplace visits, we hope to arouse students' interest in the construction industry so that students will consider joining the construction industry in the future.
