JCI Hong Kong is affiliated with a worldwide organisation – JCI, an international leadership training organisation formed by enterprising individuals aged 18-40. We provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.

Through participation in the “Business-School Partnership Programme” of the Education Bureau, we offer job shadowing opportunities and hands-on experience for students in office setting. Real-life sharing of staff members helps students gain understanding of the business world and get prepared for future challenges in their life journeys.\
