Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence

The Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence is a non-profit making professional organisation led by customer service professionals. Our members come from the service sector of different industries dedicated in fostering customer service excellence in Hong Kong. Through the participation in the “Business-School Partnership Programme” of the Education Bureau, we wish to share our experience and professional knowledge of the customer service industry to the younger generation, with an aim to encourage more young people to join the customer service industry to inherit and sustain the development of excellent service.
