Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong

We are the leading advocate for Hong Kong employers in employment and related matters to contribute to the success of their businesses and the prosperity of Hong Kong.We achieve this through: Identifying and promoting effective employment practices; Providing guidance and assistance to members on employment and related issues in Hong Kong and the Mainland; Being the employers’ voice to the Government and the community of Hong Kong; Proactively influencing policies and legislation in Hong Kong on employment and related issues; and Liaising with overseas employers’ organisations.

Our Federation fully supports and agreed to the BSPP, which provides a non-traditional platform for students to understand the operation of different industries and required skillsets. By possessing the concerned knowledge, it is hoped that students could make informed decision in mapping out their learning and career orientation. Being a social partner and “end-user”, the Federation is eager to engage our corporate members for the Programme.
