International Unmanned Aircraft Systems Association

The International Unmanned Aircraft Systems Association (IUASA) was founded in 2015 and is a voluntary organization with aims to group the experts of unmanned aircraft and aviation industry together to provide advice to the government and help in career development of the youth for those who are interested in these industries. We provide various drone workshops and competitions in order to promote drone applications and operation safety to students.

The drone technology has continued to develop in the last decade. Drones become tools and are being used in different industry sectors. Many industries and organizations are adopting this technology, such as Land Department, Civil Engineering and Development, constructors, surveying companies and so on. Drones are becoming commonplace in both the commercial and non-profits sectors. In the near future, their use will be even more widespread. Through joining this programme, we would like to promote drone applications and introduce the career paths to the youth who are interested in drones and assist them to get into the industry.
