The Labour Department (LD) strives to enhance the well-being of Hong Kong’s workforce and to promote the safety and health of those at work.

The Youth Employment Division of the Labour Department provides one-stop advisory and support services on employment to young people, enables young people to better understand themselves and their work aptitudes, facilitates them to access the latest labour market information, enhances their employability and helps them secure a firm footing in the labour market for sustainable development.
