Marine Port District, Police Community Relations Office (Marine Society)

Marine Port District, Police Community Relations Office (PCRO MPDIST) is responsible for all police community relation matter throughout the district, in order to project a positive police image and advising, assisting and guiding the local community.“Marine Society” was launched by PCRO MPDIST in 2022, one of the youth development programs under PCRO MPDIST. With a view to promoting the professional image of the Hong Kong Police Force and enhancing interaction with the community.By offering a variety of maritime-related activities and courses, to disseminate the awareness of maritime safety, in assisting their life planning in the future, cultivating and enhancing positive values and awareness of citizenship among youngsters. Through this programme, we would like to cultivate and encourage youngsters who are interested in serving the community to join the disciplinary force or maritime industry after their graduation, so as to inherit and cultivate youth culture and contribute to the society consistently.
